Kevin Gibbens is an English midfielder who was born on 4th November 1979. Gibbens showed promise in the youth ranks before making his full Saints debut on 25th April 1998, a 4-2 win at West Ham. A week later he started in the club's 2-0 home loss to Derby. Gibbens made six appearances during 1998/99, but never looked totally convincing. In September 1999 he joined Stockport on loan for a month. Gibbens made his final Saints appearance in the ill-fated FA Cup tie at Tranmere on 20th February 2001.

After leaving Southampton in 2002 Gibbens had a brief spell with Oxford. He then embarked on a career in non-league football, representing Basingstoke and Sholing. In 2012 he signed for Blackfield & Langley. A year later he was named player-manager of the same club.
