Jamie White

Jamie White is an English attacking midfielder who was born in Southampton on November 17th 1989. White had a brief spell with Chelsea, but featured regularly in Saints academy side from 2005. He was top scorer for the under 18s side in 2006/07, and won the Academy player of the year award, despite suffering a cruciate injury in March. White made his first team debut for Southampton on 23rd August 2008 at Derby, and played well in a 1-0 win. His second match came against Blackpool a week later, but didn't go as well for the youngster, who was subbed for Nathan Dyer at half time. White made just one more appearance for the club, coming on late against Doncaster on 27th September 2008. On November 14th 2008 He was loaned to Shrewsbury. He scored his first and only goal for the club on 25th November in a 2-1 win against Dagenham. Shortly after returning to Southampton White broke his leg in a reserve match against Aldershot.

On 9th October 2009, White moved to non league side Eastleigh for a month. Jamie was one of 13 players released by Saints on 15th May 2010. On 21st December 2010, the youngster joined Eastleigh on a non contract basis. White moved to Sydenhams Wessex Premier side Totton & Eling in January 2011 in a short term deal.
